4cm Dilation

Hi mga mommies normal lang ba ng sobrang tagal bumaba ng baby. Kasi nastuck up ako sa 4cm. Last monday 3cm tpos ngcontraction ako ng wed 3to 4cm nasya. Then ngayon walang sign ng labor. Active ako sa paglalakad ang exercise ano po kaya pwedeng gawin? April 29 po due ko.
