Severe neck pain/cramp

Hi mommies. Normal ke selalu sakit leher plus cramp all over leher till bahu. Even saya letak yoko2, minyak still sakit sampai tak boleh angkat kepala. Ade mommies yg mcm ni ke ? Any tips ? Pls help 😭

Saya pernah mcm tu lps suami urut belakang saya 😅 Jadi saya letak minyak dan jaga posture je. Buat streching sikit yg sesuai. Nak berurut 1 badan, manalah tukang urut nak terima kita hamil 1st trimister ni. Minum air banyak dan bertabahlah . 😊

Dental procedure

Hi mommies ! Nak tanya , second trimester ni safe to do any dental procedures ke (scaling / whitening /extraction and all ) Tq 🥰

I did my teeth check up including scaling during my 2nd trimester which is the safest trimester to do. Whitening might not be safe but best you consult your dentist before doing. 😊
