possible po ba na buntis ako?

I had an irregular period at 2 months delayed po ako. Last october 30 to 31 may bleeding po ako but super light lang po unlike my periods and it lasted for 2 days only i had cramps and sometimes i felt like my breast is swollen or something na parang pinipiga sya. Yesterday I had a PT serum and it was negative. I still had high hopes about my pregnancy if it is possible
