hi mommies.. ade ke y mcm sy.. sy pregnant 16 mggu.. sblum ni trimester pertama sy skit gigi then sy mula minum susu tapi kdg2 miss.. hari ni tgh sedap2 kunyah spageti bnyi kruppp rupenye gigi saya pecah.. ?.. ibu2 minum susu ape utk elak kurg kalsium?
