I have 4 year boy and 1 year and 7 months boy .who always make me angry and sometimes fight over things. That things is I sometimes connot control my emotions.. I will punch them and sometimes beat my 4 year boy.. The things is after I do that I will regret it and sometimes I will cry. How dare I do that to my little boy.

Punching your kids is a big no no. I do agree that sometimes it's difficult for us to control our emotions but being physical with your kids will not help improve their behavior. You can be firm and scold and at the same time explain to them their mistakes etc. Do try and discuss your feelings with your husband or your close family members, sometimes talking about it helps...Take care!
