Is it advisable to take a dewormer whiles on your periods?

I think it should be ok but it’s always best to consult a doctor.

I had CS 6months ago and I have had my menses last month and this month. I have realized that anytime after my menses i bleed again when I feel pains in my scar or when I am tired after doing household chores. Is it normal or i should visit the doctor
