What are your thoughts about the cry it out method to sleep train babies?
My toddler usually wakes up from sleep crying badly. She even throws tantrums and runs around the house, unable to explain why shes crying. Why does she behave like this after waking up?
I confuse, my baby sometimes cried during breastfeeding session. My milk supply is normal but why she is still crying?
Can I know what's the first thing I should do when my baby starts screaming and crying - other than calming down (i'm working on that!). I always get flustered and try to soothe her, but I think I only make it worse. This really frustrates both baby and me!
