What to pack for Hospital Bag?

Hi mummies, can anyone share what you pack for hospital bag? I m going for natural birth in Thomson. #1stimemom #pleasehelp #advicepls #firstbaby #pregnancy

Invoices to claim $900 Medisave Admission letter & IC Phone charger with long cables Optional: 1 x Kotex disposable panties (If you don’t mind the hospital big pad then not needed) Breast pump (If you intend to let LC teach you how to use) I wear back the clothings I went in with, baby wears the whole set provided by TMC. Depending on which ward you’re staying, you may need to bring toiletries if you’re sharing room. I stayed in single room hence almost everything was provided.

Scoliosis and slip disc can take Epidural?

Hi Mummies.. wanted to know if anyone is like me who has a scoliosis issue and had slip disc on the back who took epidural during delivery? The anaesthetist told me that there is a risk whereby the epidural won’t work, or they might not even be able to locate the right area for injection.. I didn’t took epidural for my first child 9 yrs ago. But i’m worried for this child especially my body condition is not as strong as before. Anaesthetist mentioned she could only recommend PCA. Anybody has any suggestions, pls? Thanks!

School drop off

Hello mummies, My 2.5 YO, after attending sch for a year, still cries at drop off. 😢 it’s just at the point of entrance where she is reluctant to go in.. she usually stops crying once she is inside but I observed that she then tend to follow her teacher around. Not quite like other kids who will play with one another. But at pick up, she seems fine though. I have tried many ways to coax her into not crying but failed most of the time. I also felt that she is trying very hard. Sometimes she will promised me she won’t cry to school but eventually still ended up crying. Any advice from fellow mummies here? Thank you!

my son is also like that. just be patient ok, eventually she'll ease in. different kids adapt differently. As for mine, i just let him be. he still cries too but not so bad now. dont worry ok! she'll ease in soon

My First Skool

Any review of My First Skool at McNair, or any review of the school in general? How's the teachers and curriculum? Thinking of switching schools for my toddler. Thanks in advance!

My lol is attending another. But I went there and checked before I entered him. Do ensure you do a tour of the place and do observe how the infant teachers handle the infants.

Same or different preschool for children?

I have 2 children. Currently, one is attending a preschool which school fees is quite costly but environment is good. My 2nd baby is entering PG level soon and I am hesitating whether to place her in same preschool together with her elder sister which means school fees will be more expensive, or place her in a less expensive preschool but will be separate from her sister. Just wondering are there parents with children attending different preschools or generally is same preschool? Not sure if it will be healthy to separate them. In dilemma, neee some advices please. Thanks a lot in advance.

Mine . 2 kids were in 2 preschools due to the cost.
