How do you manage your anxiety/overthinking?

Hi, so i just found out that i'm pregnant again after a m/c in March this year. Have scheduled an appointment with my Gynae in 2 weeks time. Although we are very happy about it as we have been trying for #2 for quite sometime, but i can't help to have negative thoughts etc. The "what if's it happens again...?" For those who had went through something similar, how do you manage yourselves to divert your attention to do other things to get yourselves distracted and not overthinking?
