Cramp Over Lower Abdomen

Hi, I'm 20 weeks n 5 days pregnant, I'm experiencing lower abdomen cramp and had just seen my gynae yesterday which he assured me that it is ok as my round Ligament is stretching due to first time pregnancy. But I'm still worried. Anyone has the same problem and how do you manage it?

My round ligament pain can get so bad it's like a sharp stabbing pain I cannot move at all. i cannot stand or even reach out for my glass of water. They say it happens when you sneeze or when you stand up but mine can happen ANYTIME and it hurts real bad.

Hi there! Can anyone share with me what calcium supplements you’re consuming besides the one given by hospitals? I can’t seem to take that calcium supp, will always puke. Recently read somewhere about the calcium gummy but can’t seem to find it at the pharmacy. Can anyone share where you bought it and the photo of it? Thank you!

KKH B1 (Admission and Registration)

Hi mummies, i’m at my 36 weeks now. Has anyone went through csect recently at KKH? If yes, how much did you down payment your admission fees for class B1?? I have yet to change from subsidies route to a private gynae. And if it is private, will your husband get to be in the Op theatre with you? Cause I heard for subsidies class husband are not allow. 🥴

Hi mummies! This us my third pregnancy. Im only a month in this journey. Ive got a qn.. i dont eat that much. In fact i can go two days without rice. Even when i put smtg in my mouth, i feel like vomitting. Anyone else facing this? Its taking a till on my mentally. I need advice😢#Needadvice
