Anyone taking Diclectin to help with their nausea? If so, how many tabs do you take per day? Does it really help?

mee! LOL! Its not healthy to do that so i try attacking fruits n plums instead.. they help to reduce the feeling.. ohh.. and i try drinking more water so can lessen the want to snack..

Is it safe to use peppermint and orange essential oil diffuser to curb with nausea? In first trimester.

I personally avoided essential oils throughout my pregnancy because I have heard from other mommies that some ingredients are not safe for pregnant women. I am prescribed Diclectin from my gynae for nausea.

Coping with work

Will we still get maternity leave if we take sabbatical leave throughout pregnancy? Any other advice to cope with high stress work?

Hello mummies, can I check when you bought / planning to buy your breast pump? I’m reading that it’s good to measure post pregnancy for more accurate sizing of the pump according to breast size when lactating. Did you wait till after or got the pump few weeks before giving birth? Thanks!!

I got my Breastpump 2 weeks before EDD (as there’s warranty so I don’t wanna purchase too early), then flange inserts after LC measured in hospital (arrived before I discharge from hospital).

Visible yolk sac but no fetal pole at 6 week scan

Hi! Just had my 6 week scan. There was visible yolk sac but no obvious fetal pole seen. A little worried. Does this mean it’s still early or that the pregnancy is not viable? I’m also experiencing light bleeding since 6 days ago.

Did you see the gynae again when you started bleeding? You should quickly see your gynae again because of the bleeding

Spotting with tissue clots

Hi mommies, this is my 2nd pregnancy, currently in my 6th week and I have been experiencing spotting with small tissue clots at times for 8 days already. Been to urgent o&g twice. I’m taking Dydrogesterone 3x a day currently and had a Progestogens jab as well. Any mommy been through this before?

How are you doing so far? Hope everything is ok. I’m about week 6 too and started having intermittent light bleeding since Saturday. It’s a little worrying but going for my first scan tmr and keeping fingers crossed.
