kkh pre admission

hi mummies who delivered or will be delivering in kkh, im under subs class and have been wanting to do pre admission when i was 34 weeks but was declined. Its because in the health buddy app under admissions, there's still nothing. I am 37 weeks 4 days today and when i went for my 36 weeks 6 days check up, i wanted to do pre admission but was again declined. Any option?? Since my 34 weeks 6 days appointment it has been with a midwife. Not a gynae or doctor. So when I asked about this, they did not even help me out on answering my enquiry. I am keen to do pre admission so that husband won't be rushing to settle all of the documents by himself as english isnt his first language.. :(

You should be able to do pre admission after 36 weeks onwards as you need to book a bed soon. I can't recall when I did pre admission. You may request for other language speaking if needed. I am sure the pre admission receiptionist will be able to help you. I am under subsidy and I had no issues in booking. The staff were friendly and explain procedure. They will ask your citizenship, what class and what package, take Q number and wait in line before settling the necessary.

Any muslim mummies delivered at Mount Alvernia?

Hi beautiful mummies! Just wondering if any muslim mummies have delivered at Mount A, and if you managed to request to have the crucifix removed during your stay? Nothing against it, but my husband is abit reserved about it. We decided to deliver at Mount A because my gynae is there and if we were to deliver at another hospital, it would incur additional cost.

High blood pressure during pregnancy

How to lower my BP? Cuz Gyne suspect that my placenta may not functioning properly due to producing low amniotic fluid and lead to high BP. Is there any remedies to it? I would wish to have natural birth. Please help

i think that's already too late for intervention. but you can try to ask from prenatal missus if they can "help" the baby turn. also, try continue talking to your baby and show your baby where it needs to be. the chances are very low though... at most, just need to go for c-sec. nevertheless, all the best. everyone's journey is different. try to look on positive side (;

Hi mummies. I’m currently at 35 weeks. Can’t seem to eat normal portion of food, a few bites and I’m done. But lately I’ve been waking up early mornings and being super hungry. Would you recommend to sleep it off or have a light snack? If so, any light snacks to recommend for easy grabs? Thank you

have light snacks. light snacks can be anything like breads, crackers, fruits. anything within your grabs since you can't eat much.
