I'm at week 6 and had some light to dark brown spotting. Yet had my first pregnancy visit but I'm worried. Should I go to A&E or a gynae near me?

Spotting at the first 12 weeks is normal as it may be from hormonal changes. It should NOT be like regular period, bleeding or unbearable pain. If it does, always seek medical help immediately. You can continue to monitor. If you are still worried, it would be better to consult a gynae for a peace of mind.

hi I would like to ask if I can eat the strawberry jellyheart as i’m craving for it . I’m currently 6 weeks 5 days

I had mango and lychee jelly hearts cheesecake because I was craving for it too. Ate it once every few weeks 😆 just eat it in moderation due to the high sugar intake.

been craving for milo so badly

im in my 5 weeks now and i have been craving for Milo almost everyday but i tried to control myself. can i drink it everyday?

I've also been craving milo all the time! it has to be milo and it has to be iced.

Anyone’s bump started showing at 6 weeks?

Hahahahaha no my bump only start to show when I’m 6-7 month pregnant 🤣 first three months are usually not shown! Relax mommy.

Medicine for sore throat

When im having a sore throat during trimester one pregnancy what medicine or lozenges can i take?

It’s always better to consult a GP and take a pregnancy safe medication. Do not self medicate and do inform your doctor that you’re pregnant currently.

can I drink Pokka green tea during pregnancy ? I’m currently in my 6 weeks

Yes can, but of course in moderation even though green tea has low caffeine. Take note of the sugar as well!

Please help meee what bubble tea from koi and liho i can drink syringe my first trimester

My fav bubble tea drink is honey green tea, 25% sugar, less ice, medium cup will do. Green tea has low caffeine and I try to choose my lower dosage of sugar to prevent pregnancy gestational diabetes, which you need to test during week 24-28. Drink in moderation!
