Round ligament pain or?

👋🏻 I'm 16 weeks preggy now, been having 1 second pins and needles prickling sensation middle of my lower abdomen every 10-30 min for the past 2 days. Has anyone experienced such frequency? I'm unsure what it is.

i also had this in week 16!! I also dont know what it is, all the googling can't give me an answer 😂 but my guess is the uterus expanding

is it selfish if I want to find a partner when I’m pregnant?

broke off with my ex very recently and I’ve been crying every single day. He claims to want the child but he isn’t doing anything about it. He doesn’t want to take care of me or do anything related to me & my baby. is it selfish of me to move on & find someone who can love me and my child

Definitely not selfish, but in the mean time, maybe take a break first? Afterall you won’t know how the other party is gonna treat your kid and also, you’ll be very very busy when baby is out that you probably won’t have the time to really bother about your partner (which won’t help the situation and may even scare off the other party if you’re still in the honeymoon phase). When you’ve settled down, of course go ahead if you find someone that loves your child like his own and also you. 😊 Everyone deserves to find their own happiness regardless.

Worried.. too many medication?

Hi.. I’m currently taking multivitamin, baby DHA , low dose asprin and also progesterone at the same time.. I understand these medications are totally safe for pregnancy, but I can’t help but feel worried.. I’m week 17 pregnant but I had so many issues with my pregnancy.. #firstimemom

like what, soon to be Mummy? i guess its normal that we worry specially its our first time. i am the same so just small pain I worry already 😅 but internet and friends and checking with your OB can help

Can’t hear baby’s heartbeat

Hi guys is there anyway to know if my Doppler is faulty or is there something wrong with my baby? My first check up is still awhile more hence I bought the Doppler so I wouldn’t have to overthink so much but I seem to be hearing baby’s heartbeat it’s detecting noise like water. But not clear heart beat. So worried pls help!! Read way too many articles bout stillbirth

Hi Mummy. I don't recommend using those store bought doppler. It is not really reliable and will cause unnecessary worry. Usually, these dopplers are meant for at least 16 weeks onwards.

IUGR at Week 20

I'm in week 20 and diagnosed with early onset of IUGR. Very worried now as doc told me that I'm likely to deliver prematurely and a matter of how early. I would be grateful to hear any experienced mums with successful stories of babies with IUGR that were eventually born healthy. Any tips to have the baby grow inside me as long as possible?

How to keep tummy warm? It becomes cold everytime I take progesterone medication 😭

Taking progesterone for support but my tummy becomes cold 😭 any recommendation? OB says I cant use hotbag i just put baby oil but most of the time it doesnt help

Week 16 with sore breast

Hi Fellow Mummies, Im currently in my 2nd pregnancy. During my first pregnancy i didn’t manage to latch my girl due to alot of contributing factor but i managed to express pump for her to be exclusively breastfeed. When i learn about my pregnancy 2 mths in, doc recommended me to stop pumping. Now that im in my wk16, i sense soreness in my breast again. Feels like the milk is starting to product again but one side of my boob is alot of “stuck”? I tried to squeeze abit and indeed one flows better and one is like perma stuck. Im afraid of mastitis again after birth. Not too sure if anyone experience anything similar and of you did, did you pump to release your breastmilk despite being just 16wks into pregnancy? I lve read online but they only advice to pump for colostrum in week 36. Helpps

FTS showed high risk but Harmony showed low risk. Anyone face this issue?

I just gotten my results for FTS and Harmony test. Both done concurrently. FTS showed high risk for both trisomy but Harmony showed low risk. Anyone face this issue?

Same, I just gotten mine yesterday. High FTS but low Harmony. How was ur physical scan? My physical scan is ok

High Risk FTS result

Update: 1 month later, got my NIPT result and is low risk. Felt like the hospital should have excluded FTS and proceed with NIPT to save preggy mom the anxiety since its 99% accuracy. Hoping good news too to those facing the same situation. Asking if anyone have a high risk result for FTS and low risk for NIPT (Harmony test) considering age of 35 and above. Im currently still waiting for NIPT result but cant help worrying after knowing my FTS for Trisomy 21 is high risk. #

In the same situation as you, but I got high risk for all 3. I’ve heard from other mummies that FTS may not be very accurate. We can only wait for the NIPT test
