3 weeks pp and I have been pumping every 3hrs. Till now my max yield is only 70ml but average is still 40-50ml. My bb is drinking 90ml now. Anyone facing the same issue and has tips to boost milk supply? 🥲

its all about demand and supply. latch more. After latching can pump to give signal to produce more. Be consistent. Stay hydrated.

Baby only wants confinement nanny

Hi mummies, I need advise and help here. These couple of days, my 7 weeks LO has been very attached to the confinement nanny that she cries and yell in the evening and night whenever we carry her to sleep / bottle feed her. Baby stops crying as soon as the confinement nanny carries her. This is very depressing for both my hubs and I. We have been spending a lot of time with her throughout the day to create the bond. Only these few days baby doesn’t want us evening onwards. Any advise what can we do pls?

Build habit takes time. Maybe get the nanny to be next to you while you carry your baby. Hopefully baby will feel safe when she hears the nanny voice.

Dr Brown Bottle teat size

Hi all, my LO is 10 weeks old and is formula fed. We use Dr Brown bottle and using size 1 teat. When should we start using size 2 teat? The reco from the Dr brown is 3 months+, is it after completion of 3 months? My LO takes 45 min to finish 120 ml

My LO is 8 weeks old and using Dr Brown size 1 teat too. From what I understand, it can be anytime from the 3rd month to 6th month plus minus but also need to see your baby drinking pattern and comfort level. ———————— This is what it is stated for Dr Brown teat: Question: What level teat should I use for my baby? Answer: While there are age recommendations listed for each of our nipple levels, there really is no right or wrong time to change your baby's nipple level. Every baby is different; some babies will be perfectly content using level one throughout their bottle-feeding days, while others are more aggressive eaters and need to advance to the next level. Your baby will let you know if and when the time comes to change levels. Below are some signs to look for from your baby. When you notice any of these signs, it usually means that the baby is not getting a fast enough flow and it is time to move up a level. Please remember, if these signs never occur then there is no need to change anything. • Baby is taking longer to finish eating. • Baby becomes fussy or irritated while eating. • Baby falls asleep during the feeding.

Nausea ? Morning Sickness?

Hi all ! I been having like nausea whole day?? Like initially I thought its morning sickness but at night i feel it too.. i read online is to eat small meals but eat alot of times.. but sometimes its just not going away.. #advicepls #firsttimemom

Hi. Any recommendation? So far using huggies and mamy poko but at the side got leakage. Any tips in preventing this? Baby is 6 weeks and almost 5kg.

I’m currently using R&F and Huggies nature made for my 5 weeks old baby. There’s no leakage and my baby loves it 😊

Just curious, anybody started tummy time for your baby?

I started TT on the first day - in hospital (out of curiosity but amazed that the less than 1 day old can lift well 😅).

Post delivery checkup

Im going for my post delivery check up soon at NUH. May I know what do they check for the post delivery check up? I don’t know why Im nervous about it hahaha.

Nothing much for me. My gynae just checked how I am doing and the stitches on vagina/if there is any infection. It was only a 5-10 minutes check up 😅
