First time mummy

Hi mummies, I'm a mummy to be and I'm constantly worry about 101 things. Whether my baby will healthy, did I eat before for my baby, does baby have enough nutrition, will baby have down syndrome or other illness. I'm so worried and my husband always say I worry too much and think too much. But I'm just very worry and want the best for my baby and I'm afraid my emotions will effect me. #pleasehelp #advicepls

yes your stress may affect your baby. pls don’t worry so much. be well prepared and learn to be adaptable along the way because each stage of baby’s life will make you learn new things.

9th week nothing on gestational sac

Hello there! Is it possible not to see anything on the sac on on your 9th week but might come out on 10th or 11th? I just had my 2nd transV earlier and didnt see anything. I dont want to believer i would have miscarriage. Pls enlighten me mommies. Thanksss #pleasehelp #advicepls #firstbaby

May be dr will do a few hcg blood test to see whether it is rising. All the best wishes!

Is this pregnancy insomnia??

I’m now 10weeks in, have been waking up frequently to pee in the middle of the night, but I feel pretty wide awake in the early mornings around 5+ 6am even though I usually wake up around 9am. Why is this so? And what can help with better sleep?

Same as me. I also wakeup pretty early now at 6am during my 10-11th week - I don’t know if it’s normal either

How to determine weeks of pregnancy if irregular period?

Hey mummies! I have PCOS and definitely my period is irregular. I know for regular, you would base the week of pregnancy on your LMP. In my case, how will we determine the weeks of pregnancy? I had my 2nd tvs earlier, and still no heartbeat. If i’m going to based it on when we “did” it, i feel like im only 5-6 weeks now. Help #firstbaby #firsttimemom

it’s hard to tell, even based on LMP. best way to determine is through gynae scan.

How long does it take to get helper from agency?

I am planning to get helper around 8-9month pregnancy. Will it be enough time to get helper from agency like 1 month before I gave birth? Intend to train her about 2 months then I go back to work. #firsttimemom #firstbaby

It depends on your requirements , you want a fresh / transfer helper ? I got mine during covid & took only 2weeks to bring her in from Indo. Think the time consuming part is interviewing & finding the right helper for your household (: best of luck !

Wrong age of pregnancy

Hello! Would it be possible to have a wrong counting of your weeks of pregnancy? In my check up i was 9w7d, but i am irregular and if i based it on my calendar, i think i am around 5-6 weeks only. Is this possible? #advicepls

During ultrasound on your sonogram, it will state the exact number of weeks of your pregnancy. LMP is just rough estimation of your EDD hence it may not be accurate.

Yes it is normal. I am in 2nd trimester, 2nd pregnancy and having insomnia. Unlike 1st pregnancy, I can sleep so well. So to avoid having insomnia, I will not sleep in the afternoon. Ill tire myself with house chores, etc. Then fall alseep throughout the night.

Hi mummies! Im on my 8-9th week. Is it really normal to have constipation? Ever since we found we’re pregnant, i have never had a normal pooping. Before getting pregnant, i poop everyday. And now, i only poop every after 1 day or 2 days and sometimes it’s even difficult to poop. Is this normal? #firsttimemom #firstbaby #pleasehelp

Yes! U can try red dragon fruit. Works wonder for me.

No heartbeat at 8th week

Hi mummies. I dont know what to feel. I just had my 2nd check up and scan via transV and im on my 8th week but no heartbeat has been found. Doc advised to do bloodtest then we can take it from there whether it will push thru or not. Doc said 99% it might be unhealthy. Should i really give up? what do i have to do? Had my blood test scheduled on Tuesday. Pls help i dont know if i should accept it already or not. #pleasehelp

Bleeding in week 9, slow heart beat

Found some blood after peeing and went to kk urgent OG. Did the vagina ultrasound scan and found baby still has heart beat. But I am still put in high risk as slow heart beat. Only increase the dose for progesterone. Really hope baby heart can resolve on its own. Say I can only wait to observe. #firsttimemom

that’s true that can only wait and observe. how much blood and what color was it?
