Hi mommies. Im 18 weeks preggy now. But i easily fall asleep even during working hours.Issit norm?

This is one of the pregnancy symptoms at early stage whereby you will feel fatigue, hormonal changes in body causing us, mummies to feel the lack of energy. We can constantly feel sleepy. However, soon as we move on to next trimester, symptoms will change. Not every mummies will face the same symptoms neither prolong/short term symptoms.

Pregnant brain 😭

Hi, I’m having stomach cramp at my lower tummy everyday now. For about a week? Is it normal? Mild cramping I would say. I went nuh yesterday, doctor check baby, baby seems fine but the cramps are still there

Essential oils to soothe backache

Are there any mummies here using essential oils for backache soothing? Or only massage w massage oils.

Pls use massage oils! For backache use something that has lavender and grapefruit in it. You can also go for a herbal massage oil
