Spotting at 15 weeks

Hi, wanted to check if it's common to have spotting at 15 weeks. I've gone for scan and checks and bb is fine and cervical length is good too. But I am spotting quite abit (have to wear pad). Dr has prescribed progesterone 200mg and bed rest for 1 week plus plus. Just wanted to check if this is common at this stage of pregnancy? Thought it only happens during first trimester 😪😔 #advicepls #firsttimemom #pleasehelp

happened to me in early tri 2 too. just have to bed rest more and take a chill pill. but all went well am at week 33 now. (:

Raising infants

Hey strong mamas, Anybody here who raised their kid/first born by themselves for first 6 months.. Like only husband and wife together without any external helper or parents. How easy or difficult it was? Any views?

I did, also breastfeeding (exclusive pumping) as well. It’s hard for the first two months cause you are still trying to get use to having lesser sleep but subsequently once your body gets used to it, it’s actually quite systematic. 😊

Normal massage after birth

Hi mummies, i am interested to know if anyone returned to normal massages after giving birth? Not the postnatal massage. How soon did yall resume normal massage?

Hello! Im currently 14 wks, isit normal to keep going to the toilet? having the urge to pee even after using the toilet. There is no burning sensation while peeing or blood in urine but slight pressure at bladder while peeing. sometimes i feel a little ache ( slight pressure ) in my bladder area which signals me to use the toilet. #advicepls

Yes it’s normal. Sometimes you’ll feel like peeing immediately after putting on your pants right after peeing 😂.

Don’t be afraid, take charge of your pregnancy decisions/hunch!

Hi moms-to-be, I just found a gynae today that gives me the assurance I need, such a huge rock is lifted of my chest! I’ve been feeling a little uncomfortable with my previous gynae because I’ve been asking questions about birthing methods, but the answer I always get from her is always “still too early, don’t need to worry about it now”. And the sessions always feel rushed.. I always walk out doubting myself, am I asking for too much? Just want to give you the confidence that there are better gynaes out there, go look for them! Don’t take mediocre services for something that’s so important to you. Be brave and make the decision to switch if you are not comfortable..

This I definitely agree esp like Dr Suzanna, Dr Citra, etc. They support your birth decision and will advise you the best that they can.
