Insomnia since pregnancy

Hello! Anyone has remedies for insomnia? I have been having extremely poor sleep since first tri. If you do have pls share with me (eg where for massage, which essential oil etc) thank you!

I'm at 17 weeks oso like u have insomnia since early first tri... I tried so many ways. I tried essential oil (do take note of which oil safe for pregnancy), buying many pillows to build a comfort spot to sleep, do more walking during the day... take milk/honey before sleep... it just don't help. 😔 now I still having it but it seems like getting better (a bit). do take note too early of the pregnancy better not to go for massage. If u found a way I will love to try too. 😁

Period lasted for 3 days only is it ok?

Sorry for your loss Your gynae should have informed you that bleeding should be between 7-14days depending on how far you were at the point of miscarriage. Please check with your gynae on this.

Period after miscarriage

After 2 weeks of bleeding stop of my miscarriage I had sex & the following day I started bleeding, is it my period? And the bleeding has period cramps, could it be my period?

Sorry for your loss. Sometimes the bleeding can be irregular, you thought it stopped but it hasn’t. You can continue monitoring, your gynae should have scheduled an appointment for follow up to make sure everything has flowed out.

Can i get my anatomy test done at 19 weeks?

Hi... i actually have an AMC SCREENING test on the 2nd nov where i will be 20 weeks preg.. i am wondering if i can get the scan done at 19 weeks as i would like to do my gender reveal on my bdae.. is there any private clince i can get the scan done? Pls help!!

Hey! I’ve tried asking for earlier too during my pregnancy. However they would only recommend getting the AMC screening done at 20 weeks. Maybe can check with your PD if it’s okay.

2nd pregnancy fatigue

I'm having an unplanned 2nd pregnancy. Feeling really tired & uninspired every single day. Currently I'm just 15 weeks pregnant. Feels sad that my 1st born is often left to play with my helper. I do take him for up to 30mins to 1 hour play time and that's it. I feel tired for the rest of the day. How to deal with this? Emotionally and physically.

Just spend the time you can. When napping, dinner and playing perhaps you could do it together with your helper. Though it is emotionally and physically tired, atleast you have that ample of time spend with your first born. Once you have your second born, attention divert a little and first born could feel left out. You don't have to do it long, atleast those period that Ive mentioned and the time you have lots of energy and you're okay that would be perfect.

Billing for NUH private under under Dr Suh Lin Lin

Hello mummies. I delivered under Dr Suh 3 years ago. Paid cash 3k ish and 4.5k under Medisave for natural birth with epidural under ward A. May I know anyone deliver this year. What’s the total cash paid /Medisave for NUH private ward and under Dr Suh? Thinking to change to MT A if not much difference..thank you!

I gave birth in kkh with a private gynae and Ward A too. yes similar cash 3k plus. Normal birth with epi too.
