Weight gain matters

Hi mommies , I just went for my 20 weeks scan and all is well, doctor said baby is slightly on a bigger side. I was gaining 0.5kg weekly from week 19-21, however my weight remains the same at week 22. Should I be worried ? Is my baby not growing?

If baby is gaining well (from scans), don’t need to worry too much on mummy’s weight. Our weight can go up and down thru out pregnancy, some mummies even lost weight but their babies are gaining steadily. 😊

Sleeping position in trimester 2

Anyone has been restricted to sleep only on left? Or any gynae says otherwise?

Now in my third trim (35wks) but i sleep like anyhow… not always on my left. My firstborn was more auto for my body to sleep left 😂😂

Pain in the stomach

Hi,iam on my 1st month of pregnancy.Is it normal to get stomach cramp daily especially in the morning.the cramp is like getting ur 1st day period

Pregnancy Anxiety

I am feeling very upset recently as I don’t already spend time with my husband and we don’t live together and yet he says we should focus on work for our baby thus we can’t have a honeymoon. And he is paying for his mother’s trip , and when he goes Malaysia , I thought at least I can finally have some alone time with him, he ask his mum along (like wtf .. he is not single parent not only child)…even simple meal he ask his mum if she wants to join.. the thought of the lack of opportunity spending quality time just make me worry.. I don’t know if it’s my issue but I am seriously quite irritated by this kind of arrangement..I used to be so carefree and I feel my life is tied down by him and yet he does minimum effort to in spending quality time..

Hello. I understand your frustration. Have you tried telling him how you feel? I personally feel that men needs to be told directly instead of showing hints. Can try telling him that you feel that you guys should spend more couple time together before baby comes!

Delivery at Kkh

Hi mommies, I wanted to check. If you are under subsidy for government hospital, when you deliver, are you suppose to come up with cash or will they deduct straight from your Medisave?

I was on subsidy for my second born at KKH, no cash involved. I chose 6 bedders. All charges will be deducted via Medisave. There shouldn't be any cash involved unless you exceed the withdrawal limit or you choose another class.

Planned C-Sect at 38 weeks

Hi, any mummies here had a planned c-sect at 38 weeks and baby is ok without any breathing issue and no need extra care? I'm planning to have mine at 38 +2 but not sure if there's anything to be worry about.

I had my planned c sect at 38+2 previously. Healthy and no extra care needed.
