My lower back and stomach feels so pain and heavy all the time. Did anybody try using a sports tape to tape the stomach for support before? Does it work? Or any kind of suggestions or advise is welcome!! #firsttimemom

Drinking cold drinks during pregnancy
Hi fellow mummies! This is my second pregnancy and I’ve been drinking cold drinks (green tea/ cola/ sprite) every meal since T1. I even have to drink cold plain water, cus cold drinks help with my nausea. I’m worried will it affect my bb, now at 13w. Didn’t drank as much cold drinks during my first pregnancy, only occasionally. Now is everyday… how how how :(
Baby Movements 22+5weeks, 2nd Pregnancy
This is my second pregnancy. I’m 22weeks5days. Felt baby’s movements every hour of the day. Suddenly didn’t feel baby’s movements from last afternoon till today morning. Tried to do all the things to get baby to move but baby doesn’t move. Is it normal?

any mummy experiencing body itching during pregnancy ? did u inform your doctor ? came across a video on tiktok where the mummy thought its just itchy bc of skin stretching but turns out she have liver problem . im kinda experincing the same thing , i scratch till i bleed and mild rashes 😓 . should i go get checked for cholestasis ?
