Hi mummies! I had a vaccination done yesterday for whooping cough and flu during my check-up and the cashier stated that it can be subsidized by CPF. I just received the bill for yesterday's consultation but i did not see the price for the vaccination listed down on the bill... If rhe vaccination i received is fully paid by CPF, will it show up on the bill? #firsttimemom #singapore

You may check then on your CPF under Medisave, it will be deducted via that option for vaccination.

Hi, wanted to know if it is possible to request for HL 2 weeks before usinf ML to rest? I have planned on using MC and AL to rest from work and use the remaining weeks to rest by HL and once baby born i'll use ML. i read the posts here that some gynae do not give HL.. 🙃 #pleasehelp

I was given HL till week 35 due to low lying baby. Memo from gynae to work from home sounds more plausible

Should I be concerned

My baby is 15m and only have 4 teeth. I've seen other babies his age having more teeth than him. Should I be worried? #FTM #firstmom #worriedmomhere

same, my baby only grew her first teeth around 12m, slowly every month then grow 1-2. now at 17m she has enough to bite so I stop counting(I think now about 8-10?). plus cos she's eating better now so I'm less concerned!

Baby grunting when drinking milk

Is it normal for my 1 month old baby grunting when feeding time ? Or they doesnt like the taste of the milk ? Or might be others?

Yes normal for them to grunt and make noises. After awhile it will go away.

Decrease in baby’s appetite

Hello! My little one is 5weeks and she has been taking in much lesser milk this week. She used to take in 900ml to 1 litre of breastmilk per day. Since this week she has been sleeping a lot more too. she can even sleep through the night yesterday (slept at 11pm and we woke her up at 6am to feed her cuz we were worried she isnt eating as much). Any idea why is this happening? Her weight was 4.35kg four days ago and today she is 4.25kg.. Not sure if i should be bringing her to see a PD or to continue monitoring? Signing off, a worried mummy.

my baby is 1 months plus. she is a sleeping beauty. daytime, sleep every 2-3 hrs and she would sleep 4-5 hrs straight especially at night. her milk intake is 60-90ml. her urine is good. her poop is once every 2 days. she is on mix feeding. PD says her weight gain is normal range. nothing to worry much.

change hospital

Hi mommies, currently 27 weeks & have been doing appts at KKH. wondering is it possible to change from KKH to other hospital (NUH/SGH e.g) instead? Like what are the procedures etc?

Hi there, just had my first appointment at NUH and was thinking of changing to KKH. Would love to hear more if you manage to change hospitals!

Hello mummy’s! I quite concern about my health right now as i have anemia and more to blood white cells , my red cells is lesser . Im afraid that if i go for csect will lost alot of blood and did not survive 🥲 currently 33 weeks pregnant . As the time goes by my anxiety trigger me as i always think of death . Does anyone have anemia/hemogloblin problem ? #firsttimemom #advicepls
