Formula milk to prevent constipation

Hi mummies, any advice on which fm to take to prevent/ ease constipation?

My baby had this and we changed milk several times. Now she takes nan supremepro HA and she’s doing well. PD told to take HA milk. Downside is that it’s expensive, but my baby has tummy issues and all. So worth it. Hope this helps! ♥️

Public bone pain @ 27 weeks

Anyone experiencing pubic bone pain at 27 weeks ? I've had this pain before during 1st pregnancy but it was somewhere aft 30+ weeks. I feel extra pain as well down there especially if I walk alot. Is this normal or should I bring this up on my next checkup? #2023birth #lastTrimester #help

Breast pump after birth

I am thinking of getting a hands free pump like BeNude from baby express, instead of the usual hospital grade Spectra, Medela etc. Is a hands free pump sufficient for the first few weeks in and out of hospital? Heard the first few days in hospital need to use manual pump, nursing time for first few months needs the hospital grade electric pump and back to work needs a handsfree. I don't want to spend on so many types and I think hands free will suit me best, but not sure of its efficacy.

Prevent engorgement

My lo is breastfeeding at 2.5hours rate now. Sometimes i want to pump and let others feed so i can rest. My breast feels full at about 2.5hrs mark, i think its because my body is used to the feeding rate. What can i do to stretch the time for pumping and not affect the milk supply? I am hoping to pump every 4 hours.

perhaps increase the duration of pumping each session

Hi any mommies experience this ? Is this blood clot ? Is it nrml to have this during anytime of confinement ? I just had this . But not during my first child …

Second born

Yes it is common to have a thick blood clot during confinement. I had it on my second but not first. Told my makcik urut to massage at my womb, abdominal area if there's any lump (indication of there might be still blood after birth) meaning dr did not clear it out properly before end of labour. If you feel cramp, pain and during confinement the clot keeps coming out it is good. This is also dirty blood. Sooner later, it will be just normal blood

Baby wrap recommendation

So I was playing around with my Lo's swaddle and decided to wrap her in like this for her nap as she sleeps better on us. I have the ergo 360 Omni but I feel that she is a little small for it. Is there any wraps recommended for newborn? Or should I just use the ergo? I don't wanna bring stroller out as I have anxiety going out alone with newborn 😅 and it's such a hassle esp taking public transport or cab. Any suggestions?

Diarrhea in 6 weeks old baby

Changed his milk to Nan 3 days ago and he's having diarrhea twice a day. Doc asked to give him 3 to 4 days more. Is diarrhea part of the change of milk or he's not suited to the milk?

oh we didn't give this kind of gradual change. didn't know i could do this way! I hope he gets better soon
