Hello mga mommies. Meron ba dito na same experience ko na every FBS at breakfast mataas pa din ang sugar? Before insuget N lang iniinject ko. Ngayon mix na sya sa insuget R. Pero same pa din. Laging over 90+ ung FBS tapos sa breakfast nasa 150+ pa din. Sinunod ko naman yung dietician. ½ cup lang ako ng rice every meal. 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. Hindi nako nakain ng snacks ko. Minsan lang talaga may oras o araw na hindi ko na napipigil kumain ng medyo madami kasi sunod sunod ung gutom ko dahil 18 weeks pregnant. Baka meron kayong mabibigay na tips. Thank you.

Nakakapagod na po mga mhie umiyak ng umiyak😭 Alam kong nakakasama kay baby yung ganto na umiiyak yung mommy nya pero nakakapagod din po pala no sana maintindihan nyo po ako mga mhie😭 Need po ng advice kahit konti alam ko naman po maiintindihan nyo kahit papaano first time mom po ako🥺 pabago bago po talaga yung ugali ko normal po ba to kasi sabi nila pag iinarte lang kaya masakit para sakin na marinig yon kasi hindi naman nila ako maiintindihan😭
