Storing of pumped breastmilk from work
Hi mga mommies, question lang po about proper storage of breastmilk. Sa mga working mommies natin dito pano po kayo nagsstore ng pump milk from work? Wala po kase akong idea as a first time mom if tama po ba ginagawa ko for the last two days kakabalik ko lang po sa work and i use bottle storage po pero nabasa ko po na bawal siya ilagay sa freezer so sa baba na part lang po ng ref ko nilalagay tapos pag uuwi na po binabyahe ko siya ng two hrs max gamit insulated bag with two ice bricks and nililipat sa breastmilk bag tas iffreezer po.
