any recommendation for a fast dilating cervix ?

Yung ayaw nya pa talaga lumabas ??? 1st time mom, 39weeks and 4 days .. my last check up was last sunday and still close cervix ???

Sabi nya lakad daw, squats, then have contact with partner lahat yun ginagawa ko naman..but still wala padin. 😔😔😔 kumakain din ako pinya, pineapple juice also ..pinapagod ko na nga masyado sarili ko, ayaw padin..
