Silent reflux in babies

Hi, any of your little ones facing silent reflux even at 5months? Any tips and advice on how to manage? We try to burp him after every 20-30mls and keep him upright for atleast 20mins after feeding. When does it get better? Feel bad to see my baby suffer :(#advicepls #pleasehelp #firstbaby

Super fussy and cries a lot during feeds, arches backwards away from bottle. Doesnt vomit out but I can feel like the milk coming up when i hold him
