I Broke Down Once

Yesterday I broke down really badly and cried for an hour straight. I'm wondering if one such incident will affect my baby? I do know prolonged stress and depression can affect my baby so I hope this one time event didn't..

Once won’t affect the baby. However, pls find support from ur husband and ur family and talk to them when u want to. Happy mummy happy baby!
