Flexed breech baby stress

This is my 2nd pregnancy 1st one was emergency c sec due to baby heart beat problem, now 33 week pregnant and baby is in breech flexed position. I realy really wanted to give vaginal birth. But this time baby is breech.going to nuh doc vanaja, shes strange. Not at all giving us encourage. I am stressed i cried alot since yesterday. i am losing hope. Suggest me what can i do for baby head down position??? And reviews about doc vanaja?i really want to change my doc too as she giving me double stress.
