The last leg of the #FAMHEALTHY webinar of @theasianparent_ph and Sanofi which happened last Tuesday was all about "??????? ??????????, ?????????" ⁣ It reminded me of the time when I was pregnant with Allyka. The time when I realized how important it is to take care of my own health because I wasn't doing it for myself but my little one too! My heart goes to all the pregnant mommas out there, I know it isn't easy to be pregnant during these difficult times so it was nice to get some tips and advice from the experts last Tuesday.
