Yaya Salary And Benefits

My yaya's salary is 8k. She cooks for us (twice a day - breakfast and lunch), do the laundry with washing machine (twice a week), has 2 days off weekly, has own room, she just takes care of the baby for maximum of 5hrs a day (and she just lets the baby watch tv the whole time with her). Recently, we went on vacation for almost a week so she went home as well. And this is a paid vacation. Do you think she's overpaid?

How old is your baby? Usually 8k naman talaga rate sis pero kinakaltasan sila for philhealth, sss, at pag-ibig. You should set limitations. Ur baby is watching for 5hrs which is dapat hindi sis. Dpat makipag interact din sya like playing games na akma sa edad nya. If ur contract is 8k monthly and nagtravel kau lets say 4 days, u will count it as days off nya para hindi na sya makapag off kapag dumating kayo. Kasi sa totoo lang sobrang hayahay yung work den kapag nag travel kau, bayad pa sya den iba pa off nya.
