Infant care or family?

Hello working mummies! Do you guys intend to send your babies to infant care or to your in-laws post your maternity leave? Any sharing of past experience on which is a better option for you is most welcomed!

infant care! inlaws are normally old? 1. no strength? 2. old skool upbringing 3. i dont believe they still remember how to take care of infant since it was ‘n’ years ago. i dont trust baby sitter, unless you are putting baby with the in laws + baby sitter.
