Depends on income level. Not every family have the privilege to quit a job to be with our family or kids. It's easy to say you can give up some things, but unless you are in each and everyone's position, you can't really judge..

If I can have the flexibility to work from home, or till the point that our finances are enough to sustain our lifestyle

It really depends on the situation but mostly Ii will try to keep balance between family and work life

If I have a supporting husband plus arrangement for caregiver. I dun see why mothers can’t work.

Probably most likely to do it when the kids are younger or until they join primary school.

Won't quit work entirely cos I'll be so bored...Will find a job with flexibility

Depends if I can afford to. If necessities are not met then there's no choice.

If so only for the first 3 years. Women should have their own lives too

Depends on situation. Ensure there's a breadwinner, if not do part time

I will do that. But if my partner is able to be the sole breadwinner
