My baby Kyle is almost 6 months now and below is his bedtime routine since his 2nd month. 1. Give him a soothing warm water bath. 2. Dress him up with a comfortable sleep suit and an overnight diaper. 3. Next, a formula feed (as I am not breastfeeding at this stage) and let him burp after the feed. 4. Have some bonding time with him by playing his favorite hide n' seek game after that. 5. Then, turn down the lights of the room & aircon on. 6.
