I was prescribed that when i had covid recently. Im 5 mos pregnant now. But first trimester nd to be very careful with any medicine consumption. Pls seek dr advice n do not self medicate. First trimester i was prescribed chlorpheniramine for flu by kkh (the small yellow tablet)
See doctor and inform the doc of the pregnancy status to be safe, rather than self medicating
