Hi dear, post delivery many women suffer from something called Diastasis recti. It is condition where you will notice extended flab because of space between your left and right belly muscles. This means, post delivery, your stomach muscles could not go back to their original position. So you ended up with a ‘pouch.’ While there are no serious health implications due to this flab, some women often experience chronic back ache, urinary incontinence, postpartum constipation, and even pain during sex. But for many women it is more of an aesthetic problem. They want to look the same thinner self as they did before. My recommendation is that you try exercises that strengthen your abdominal area- mini crunches. But be regular and exercise daily. Or wear a corset. If you have they money, you can even go for a diastasis recti surgery as well. Try all these methods and they will surely help you. But do consult with your doctor as well. Good luck! 👍🏼
