Hey, It is not something to worry about as babies have active sweat glands on their head and if the baby sweats on the head it means the baby is feeling hot. In this case you can fan him a little or breastfeed at angle where his head and face is maximum exposed and not covered with any of your clothing. Babies sweat at night also because they do not toss and turn like adults at night and leads to overheating of the head. http://www.sweatology.net/menopause/did-you-notice-your-infant-sweating-while-breastfeeding-heres-what-you-should-know/

babies have active sweat glands on the head, which means they sweat on the head a lot, even when the rest of the body is fine. make sure your baby is dressed comfortably and is otherwise active and happy. keep wiping off the sweat and use a herbal baby talc.

it is normal for babies to sweat on the head because of the active sweat glands they have there. just keep your baby as dry as possible and ensure the face or head is not covered while feeding.
