Antepartum Depression

Who suffers the same? Can't really explain to anybody how i exactly feel ? all i know is crying is the only language that can somehow express how lonely it is inside ? Totoo lang, nakakainis ?one time lang ako umiyak talaga, ayaw ko pa sana kc nasa tabi ko asawa ko, nahihiya ako.

And if you have many friends try to go out sometimes. Esp may mga mommy friends ka din share your thoughts most likely one to sawa na advices and experiences ma tutunan mo then attention mo na divert na. Its all in the mind. Talk and talk lng ang technique jan.
