No symptoms after BFP

Hi while waiting for 1st baby scan at week 7 after testing positive, is it normal to not feel anything/ not feel pregnant?

It’s a bit too early.. 🤣🤣 my morning sickness came only after week 10 & it’s horrible since. I’m week 12 now. Good luck!
