Which week do u start taking bird's nest when pregnant? How many times do u take in a week?

No prove it will make the baby skin good.. Some took too much and cause asthma according to Chinese sinseh.. I think bird nest is Liang . I didn't drink any bird nest at all and my baby came out pink color, cheeks always rosy because no jaundice at all.
