What cheese do I give my 16 month old?

I am very particular in offering NO salt & NO sugar diet until my LO is 2. Can moms who are particular like suggest some types of cheese I can offer?

I’ll also wait til 2. Cheese can be quite salty. I also have not offer salt or sugar to my lo who is 18 mths now . If he’s 2, im planning to get baby soya sauce with low sodium as well ☺️

I would wait till 2 if the diet is strict. Most (or probably all) cheeses sold in the market contains at least abit of sodium. I personally gave mozzarella mini balls. (Galbani)
