Which foods can trigger a food allergy in children?

Recent research has shown that the hygiene hypothesis holds truth when it comes to allergies in children. For anyone who is unfamiliar this means that exposing your children to potential allergens while they’re young decreases the chance of them developing immune reactions to them in the future. Trying to avoid common allergy substances such as peanuts, seafood, milk will actually cause a greater chance of your child developing an allergy to them when they are older.

totally agree! i started my LO 6months to egg and peanuts. so far so good knowing he has eczema. but fish is a no no for him until now that he is 10months.
