Need advice which one to consider for stories, games and learning Basics for 3 years old. Is leapfrog leap pad or Amazon Fire tablet or any other?

Watching too much is bad for eyes. But those tablets for kids seem to be less harmful than those for adult like ipad. My girl does like leap frog product too.

I do not recommend any device for children younger than 6 years old
