Yes, divisoria is still our go to place for cheap school supplies and sometimes even uniforms too! I bet by this time, school supplies are scattered there already for grabs and you don't have to look hard to find what you need ;) remember to bring only neccessities though and extra plastic/canvas bag.
Divisoria is still the best! But you might have to devote an entire day for the commute alone.
