Where can we buy the best-tasting halo-halo? My Norwegian cousin will be coming home and he wants to try different food and desserts. I think this should be on the list.

You can try Razon's! They're available in most of the malls in Metro Manila. Razon's is exceptionally famous for their halo-halo. Its ice shaving has its own taste and even though the sahog aren't that a lot, the taste compensates well.
