When do you start toilet training your toddler & what are the steps you have taken to encourage your toddler to cooperate

I started toilet training when my boy was around 18 months. I think it's always not easy at the beginning but I feel the most important thing is not to get angry when they have accidents or pressurize your child to pee in the potty. Cos that will really make them all stressed up and upset and it just makes it worse.
