Post natal - Sheng Hua Soup

When should I take sheng hua tang after c- section? Some tcm says 3 to 5days after delivery, some tcm says no need at all and some advise 1st and 2nd day, 3 week after delivery. I'm so confused and puzzled now. Pls share your advice, thanks!!

I think what they meant is depends on when u discharge can start on the day u reach home, if it's c sec most probably is day 4
