Yung first baby ko, since pagkapanganak pa lang, pinapainom ko na sha ng konting Tiki tiki na patago lang tapos every night ko pinapainom, okay naman lahat, walang problema sobrang taba kahit 1 month ko lang sha napa BF, tsaka yung formula nya is nestogen
2 weeks po pwede na mag vitamins sabi ng pedia ng baby ko pero hindi ko sinunod. 14 months na baby ko ngayon hindi siya nag vitamins kasi kumakain naman ng prutas at gulay everyday. At hindi siya sakitin.

2months Nutrilin and Ceelin. Pansin ko humina si lo magdede when he started sa vitamins. 3months na sya and check up nya this week. We'll ask pa po his pedia.
