When you're feeling low, how do you get yourself back up? I'm feeling very unmotivated these days. I love my kids, my husband... but I'm just not in the mood to be a mum or wife these days.

I’ll share with you what I did and still doing until now. 1. Talked to my husband and shared my difficulties which helped me a lot because he made me feel that he support and understand what I’m going through. 2. I have my ME time everyday. I can do whatever I want I just to have to tell my husband about my plans. 3. I prepare activities for my son that we can enjoy doing every day aside from watching tv. 4. We’re doing our best to have a quality together especially on weekends. 5. Pray. These things helped me a lot to be positive and look forward for the next day.
