Milk supply

When will milk supply be established and after that is there still chance to increase? I latch my boy in the day and at night I pump. But the amount I pump out is still very little. How can I increase? Appreciate any advice. #pleasehelp #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls #breastfeed

Hi there, It’s never too late to increase your supply. Since it’s demand and supply, the way to increase your supply is to pump and empty your breasts more frequently. You can also try supplements like fenugreek and lactation cookies.
